Delta Spey

Designed for modern double handed rods our Spey caster model boast a specialist taper which allows easy Spey, switch and overhead casting. The line is designed to remain supple through a wide temperature range for ease of handling and the low stretch factor improves line control and hook set. With the toughness and durability to withstand the harshest river conditions. Dec Hogan, who is instrumental in the design of all Airflo Spey lines, prefers the Delta Spey line because of its unsurpasssed performance and ability to catch fish under a broad range of fishing conditions. Head lengths vary with the line size from 50 1/2 feet to 57 feet.

  

TDC variable density coating for the ultimate in casting control and incredible buoyancy all the way to the tip.

 

TDC has been incorporated to improve coating hardness on the heavily stressed area’s of rear taper and running line - helping to eliminate any line sag during the double haul, increasing line speed and ultimately distance.
