These bonefish leaders allow perfect presentation with either long tippet lengths and delicate patterns on calm shallow flats or short tippets and lead-eyed flies in tough windy conditions. The harder polymer gives greater abrasion resistance and stiffness in warm temperatures.

Featuring a harder polymer coating which not only increases the abrasion resistance but also maintains the correct level of flexibility in hot humid conditions. The taper passes on casting energy efficiently to turn over large tarpon flies even in windy conditions. When making up your finished leader it is recommended that you add a section of shock tippet.

A mean leader for mean fish! This saltwater tough PolyLeader comes with a 40lb tie-able wire tip making in suitable for any toothy saltwater species that are chased on the fly.

In our field tests we were particularly impressed with the multi strand wire we use at the tip, it is extremely flexible and is easy to tie to the fly.
